The salesman Nate in particular was very helpful even when I disclosed that I was making an offer on another vehicle at a with me on the logistics. The only minor issue with with the delivery service which gave incorrect time estimates to the family member picking up the vehicle. That's their own issue and doesn't reflect on the dealer itself.
