5 weeks to repair my car. UNACCEPTABLE! 4 1/2 weeks just to get the ICCU from Hyundai then 3 more days before they could be bothered to install the new ICCU. The Service Depar UNACCEPTABLE! 4 1/2 weeks just to get the ICCU from Hyundai then 3 more days before they could be bothered to install the new ICCU. The Service Department manager never called me back (Frank Seitz). Complete lack of communication from dealership about status. Each of the 4 times I was in the service department I heard staff telling customers “we are short staffed” and “we are doing the best we can”. Always excuses. No accountability. Customers are treated like a nuisance. More

Tulsa Hyundai is by far the worst car dealership I have ever experienced the worst customer service and I am highly disappointed with my purchase. The whole team tried to take advantage of me, my money and ever experienced the worst customer service and I am highly disappointed with my purchase. The whole team tried to take advantage of me, my money and my kindness and they need to be shut down. Constantly making mistakes, they can’t take accountability for their mistakes. They’re scammers and everybody needs to report them ASAP! Megan in service the manager absolutely refused to give me her manager’s information. She would not allow me to talk to anybody above her just so she can continue to scam me and take my money. Brant in finance that loves to wear pink well he is very aggressive and banging his hand on his desk while telling me exactly how he felt because I called him out on his scamming behavior. Tulsa Hyundai is a scam. They love to take advantage of people. Do not buy a car from Tulsa Hyundai. More

My Santa Fe was worked on 3 different times in 3 weeks and the issue was never fully resolved even after spending $2200. I don’t feel like I was heard when suggesting things and I don’t feel the check eng and the issue was never fully resolved even after spending $2200. I don’t feel like I was heard when suggesting things and I don’t feel the check engine light was fully evaluated properly. My battery also died a week after leaving there. Is that not something that would have been checked during the 3 trips there? Would never recommend this dealership or really even a Hyundai after my experience. More
