This dealership is typically quite ready to work on my car whenever something pops up. Carl is my favorite service person--he always has a smile and goes out of his way to keep me informed. If he can fi car whenever something pops up. Carl is my favorite service person--he always has a smile and goes out of his way to keep me informed. If he can fix something immediately, he will!! The waiting area while your car is being worked on is very comfortable and spacious. I have never felt crunched by other people. I highly recommend DCH Kay Honda. More

An excellent service experience. Their service team answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I could relax knowing that my car was being serviced correctly an they shared my interes answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I had pin striping done on my 2018 CRV at Kay Honda when it was 1 year old in 2019. After 2 years the pin striping looked like it shrunk and was flaking and falling apart. I didn’t think the dealer was goin it was 1 year old in 2019. After 2 years the pin striping looked like it shrunk and was flaking and falling apart. I didn’t think the dealer was going to make good on the job after 2 years, but I emailed the Assistant Manager of Service, Max Brodbeck to see what if anything the dealer would do. Much to my surprise, Max, emailed me back fairly quickly stating that the dealer would make good on the pin striping, that they would take ALL of it off and reinstall ALL new. I traveled abit to purchase at Kay and I would definitely travel again for my next purchase. More

Super upset with the service I received with the Honda Service Department. Made an appointment for 7am and had to call at 10:30 to find out my car was never touched. Only after being hung up on twice. Aft Service Department. Made an appointment for 7am and had to call at 10:30 to find out my car was never touched. Only after being hung up on twice. After going into Honda to get my keys to bring my car elsewhere for service. Russel my service advisor was nasty and extremely unpleasant to work with. Telling me there is nothing to be upset and even getting loud with me the more expressed my unhappiness with the service stating that I had an appointment at 7am. I have leased two Honda’s now with the Eatontown Honda, and will probably never lease with them again, as the service department is a big factor to me when leasing a car. I did receive a call from the manager Max who was extremely helpful and nice when helping me with these concerns. I thank him for trying to resolve the issue and understanding why I was so upset. More

Good job by Max Brodbeck. Efficient and friendly. 60K servicing was completed in a timely manner. Really liked the 15% discount for setting up the appointment online. That's a selling point. Today was my lucky day! I made an appointment to get an oil change with multi-point inspection this morning as oil at 20% life. Carl, aka Max, my DCH Kay Honda service advisor came out to tell me that ther oil change with multi-point inspection this morning as oil at 20% life. Carl, aka Max, my DCH Kay Honda service advisor came out to tell me that there was a tear in my tire with photo attached and that it was a safety issue as could blow out at any moment. One new tire and feeling grateful! More
