When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we were warmly welcomed by Mauricio and then assisted by Oscar, who was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Due to time constraints, we returned the following day and were helped by Joseph, who picked up seamlessly where we left off. What truly stood out to me was the incredible teamwork in that office. Everyone was ready to step in and support one another to ensure we were taken care of. That kind of collaboration is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. When Joseph got tied up, Carlos jumped right in—and I can’t say enough good things about him. Alongside Warrell, the finance manager, they both went above and beyond to make this sale happen.
