Our opinion has changed. We have a 2021 Forester. The Sunday before Christmas our heat stopped working. It was a cold two weeks before we could get an appointment at the d We have a 2021 Forester. It was a cold two weeks before we could get an appointment at the dealership in Victor ( not Rochester which is only 10 miles away from our home.) Now our air conditioning isn’t working and there is no appointment before Sept. 10th. Two weeks away. We do not play the Senior card often but we are 78 and more likely more bothered by extremes in temps. Just to add our other car is a 2007 Hyundai and has never had a climate issue. More
