Absolutely worth every minute of the 4.5 drive. I've purchased and leased many new cars and SUV's in my life and my wife and I have never experienced such a refreshing, positive automobile dealershi I've purchased and leased many new cars and SUV's in my life and my wife and I have never experienced such a refreshing, positive automobile dealership experience in our lives as we did at Prestige Volvo. When we started our search for a new car, we had done our research online as to the make, model, color and options we were looking for in our new Volvo. When we searched for a dealer that had what we wanted, we were shocked to find that Prestige Volvo was the closest dealer to have exactly what we were looking for. No wonder, as they are the largest Volvo dealer in the country. I contact Tina Bilokin via email to inquire about the vehicle they had in stock. She was very responsive, not only to providing us with an extremely competitive lease quote but also to take our leased 2014 Volvo S60 in trade. All promises and quoted figures that were provided via email were 100% honored when we actually got to the dealership and our new car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Tina is extremely knowledgeable of the Volvo product line and was able to efficiently program the car's electronics with our cell phones, Volvo On Call app and Sirius Satellite Radio service. Pat Masone walked us through all the paperwork without any up-sell pressure to purchase other services or features we didn't want. Very much a gentleman and pleasure to work with. I guess if I had to summarize our experience with Prestige Volvo, I would say that it was like working with one big happy family. From the initial inquiry to driving off the lot in our new car, the entire experience was warm and friendly, where we were treated like family and not just a consumer. Excellent experience and great people! I leased a 2016 S60 to replace my 2013 S60 (lease was ending). I live about 40 miles away from Prestige, so at first it wasn't my go-to dealership. B I leased a 2016 S60 to replace my 2013 S60 (lease was ending). I live about 40 miles away from Prestige, so at first it wasn't my go-to dealership. But after my local dealership, along with the one where I leased my 2013 S60 pretty much refused to deal with me until my lease was up I turned to Prestige. And what a great turn of events it turned out to be! First, I reached out to Jay Rosen (who worked on my car before) and he replied right away saying: wait for a call, we'll take care of you. Then, less than 30 minutes after, Matt Haiken called me and we made a deal on the phone in less than 10 minutes. That was 4 months before my lease was up. The car I wanted needed to be a special order, because I wanted certain packages/options that are just never available together otherwise. Fast forward about 3+ months after the order - and I was picking up my car. The process was smooth with no surprises (no extra charges, no hassle - the payment was exactly what we had agreed upon with Matt 3 months before). Matt did the paperwork himself (about 10-15 minutes overall, because I spent some time deciding which protection plan to buy). Matt introduced me to Ron Landstrom, who took care of everything else: lease return, insurance information confirmation, plates, etc. All in all, this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. The most important thing for me during this whole process was that for the first time I dealt with people who knew the product inside out. I respect that a lot. And everyone kept their word every step of the way. There's no question that the next Volvo lease I get, after this one ends, will be from Prestige. P.S. Dealing with Matt was so great, that I'll be considering getting a Kia (his other dealership) to replace my Hyundai Sonata in a couple of years. Just so I could deal with him, because I know it'll be a great deal and a very pleasant experience. More

On one hand, we have just a simple need for a second set of wheeled, having just moved to Maplewood from the city - so part of us thought small, cheap, not something we will keep for very long. On the other hand, we are having our first baby soon and will eventually need at least one car with family capabilities (even not in the first few years of parenthood) - our other car is a copper S60. My husband's a faithful Vovlo customer who has dealt with a different Volvo dealership for years and we explored what seems like every dealership in the area for the most economical option but also for a dealership we felt like we trusted. Sean and his colleagues listened well and not push us toward anything. When in the end their quote was higher than we were willing to pay, they met us where we needed to be. We signed then immediately onto a lease on a lovely twilight XC60 and picked it up two days later. None of the other dealerships had this color in stock because I sense they feel safer stocking only the usual colors. That Prestige had the unique combination we were looking for impressed us. All in all it was a great experience. More

My recent purchase of my new Volvo was by far the best buying experience I ever have with Prestige Volvo. Throughout the entire purchase process, Ron made the customer feel welcomed. Initially, I was pretty much sold to BMW and very skeptical when I stepped into the dealer. It is not only the good product(Volvo S60), but also Ron's excellent service have turn my decision around. Ron greeted me with an enthusiastic and positive altitude first, which I would never forget. I also appreciate how Ron took the time to explain and show me the S60 I was interested although I have not made up my decision 100% yet and was leaning toward a BMW 3 series. Ron is not like any other car salesman that I have met before; of course he sells car, but I also felt he would care more how customer feel and think. I felt Ron would want customer to have a better understanding the product and of course like the car in the first place before anything else. I know for a fact that this recent Volvo purchase will definitely not be my last Volvo. As long as Ron still work around as a Volvo salesman in the future, I already know who am I gonna go to for my next Volvo purchase. We had a older 94 dodge to trade in. They gave us a fair trade in value and a good price for the 2015 infiniti. We tried to purchase this type of car at a different dealership.... as a mater of fact, it had about 1500 more miles on it. And yet... Prestige Volvo gave us a better deal. They really wanted our business. Had a long chat with Matthew Haiken, the owner of Prestige Volve, and discover that my dad had purchased 2 cars from them in the past. I definitely would buy from them again. Very good experience. More

Outstanding Help This morning, I found that my 2014 Volvo C70 would not start, after I had stopped to fill the gas tank. After I received a jump from AAA I headed off to the Prestige Volvo Service Center. On the way, I called and the call was taken by Jay Rosen (at 6:50 AM) the head of their service department. Jay didn't disappoint, he told me to bring it right in, and within two hours, I was on the road with a new battery and the yearly service completed. Keep in mind, that I was not on the schedule which was already filled with other customers. This is the experience that I have come to expect at Prestige. Complete with their remodeled dealership, is their complete willingness to support their customers. I cant tell you how much I appreciate their help and outstanding service. Robert Dower More

Easy to work with...Best Price! From the moment I walked into Prestige Volvo I knew I was in the right place. Often shopping for a new vehicle can be painful. I had heard that they do a huge volume business and are great to deal with. Upon walking in I was greeted warmly and asked if I could be helped. I said Yes and was soon being introduced to a really great knowledgeable sales person in Debra Amster. I had been following the long awaited launch of the newly designed XC90 and had shopped it around pretty well, Debra quickly ingratiated herself, assessed my needs and sat down to find the right vehicle for me at the right price. It is unfortunate that so many auto dealerships utilize the " throw how a high price and see if the customer bites" technique. My experience at Prestige was the opposite, find the right vehicle and offer the bottom line price right off the bat. No "turkish bazaar". I quickly shook hands and wanted to meet the sales manager. Turns out he is the owner and a really pleasant guy. The vehicle I choose was actually on the showroom floor, I had a trade but happened not to have the title for it with me..he said "not to worry, take the new vehicle , leave him the trade and mail the Title. " Less than too hours later I was driving my brand new Vehicle home to surprise my wife. The delivery was quick and easy to understand and the finance manager who typically tries to eek out a couple of bucks was a straight shooter and said, I get it , the car is pretty loaded so I would not try to sell you anything necessarily but I would recommend the wheel and tire and key package which anyone who drives on NY/NJ roads after a tough winter , knows it murderous on your rubber. A worthwhile insurance I felt relatively inexpensive for 5 years. A top notch , pleasant experience. More
