I am a current Volvo S80 owner and just leased a new one. Matthew's professionalism is the only reason that I leased a new Volvo from Prestige Volvo. Living in Central NJ and going to the dealership in North Matthew's professionalism is the only reason that I leased a new Volvo from Prestige Volvo. Living in Central NJ and going to the dealership in Northern NJ would have been difficult. Matthew make the leasing process easy, simple and worth doing business with a dealership not in my neighborhood. He made what can be a challenging process, simple and easy. Prestige Volvo continues to both set and raise the bar or standard for automotive dealership customer relations. Not only do they make local and regional competition pale by comparison, but this author harb standard for automotive dealership customer relations. Thats saying a lot because, to many, dealerships are a dime a dozen. But having that Prestige Volvo experience would stop that mind set cold. From the start of the "car hunting" process of contacting the dealership via online and then in-person, the level of attention and courteous service was top notch. During the negotiation process, the GM (Mr. Haiken) was very pleasant and receptive to finding a price that satisfied me (the customer). I was very impressed and left the dealership feel good about the whole transaction. There was never a moment where I felt the sales person (Mr. Casser) was just caring about his commission and the custmer in front of him was just another transaction. If you are looking for a very fair price with the excellent service, I would recommend this Volvo dealership over others in the Northeast NJ. More

Each and every time I have had our Volvo XC90 serviced at Prestige, Mr. Rosen has gone out of his way to insure that the service was prompt, properly completed, and that any courtesy he could extend by way of a loaner vehicle, etc. were provided. He takes the time to explain the repairs needed and never makes me feel like he is “up-selling” me anything like I have experienced with numerous other dealerships. I find it refreshing that he takes the time to call the day after I pick up the vehicle to make sure that I am satisfied with the service and the condition of the car. I should also mention that the cleaning of the vehicle prior to pick up by your staff is a very nice touch which is sincerely appreciated. Without question, having previously dealt with other luxury vehicle dealerships such as Mercedes Benz and BMW for the over the last 25 years, I can without hesitation say that Mr. Rosen is by far the best service manager I have ever dealt with and I look forward to my continued involvement with Volvo products and Mr. Rosen in the future. I am writing this review to recommend Prestige Volvo if you are in the market for one. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew from the start of my shopping experience. I went there knowing what make you are in the market for one. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew from the start of my shopping experience. I went there knowing what make and model I was interested in. There were many cars on the lot that fit my description and Matt extended to me that if I didn't see anything he had there he could get what ever I needed . That wasn't necessary as I found an excellent 06 S60 AWD in mint condition. As we made our way through the dealership Matt introduced me to everyone who crossed our path. What a friendly environment. Linda at the front reception couldn't be nicer. When I decided to go with the car Matt took time going over every aspect in detail about the car, price, loan. I did not feel pressured, just that he would do what ever he could to make me a happy customer. Jay Rosen the service manager checked out the car and came up and gave me a full report. Again another friendly member of the Prestige team. I left there with all systems go and Matt worked some magic to get me the best rate for my car loan. The positive experience didn't end there. I returned to pick up my car 3 days later. (It looked beautiful) and Matt himself went over the inner and outer workings of the car with me, he was patient and made sure I was clear and would answer any questions I had. Again, Linda the cheery receptionist was eager to say Hello and offer me my choice of beverage. Overall I had a very pleasant experience! I could tell Prestige was a family owned business and after meeting many of the employees and hearing how far they travel from where they live to work there and how many years they have been with Prestige. They all had really nice things to say about working for Prestige. It seemed like they are all working in sync. I have been driving my car and love it not only because its a volvo and beautiful but it was the whole experience with Prestige that is keeping a smile on my face. :) Audra Greene More
