Unfortunately my truck was in the shop for 5 days and all that was needed to correct the issue was to plug the connectors under the seat that weren’t connected at the factory. Krystal was great but the tech that was needed to correct the issue was to plug the connectors under the seat that weren’t connected at the factory. Krystal was great but the techs couldn’t have been working on my truck all day every day. I did get 2 free oil changes because of the delay but GMC and the techs should have found this much earlier than they did. More

The sells person was great . We didn’t have a lot of time to buy and James Woods had the truck we wanted . Love the truck . But not the way we were treated with the trade. I was told that the aftermarket parts on the trade didn’t make a difference in the price. That all changed when I was going to remove the wheels and tires and replace with new ones the price of the trade dropped significantly! More
