When I dropped my car off the night before service, the service rep was rude and seemed like he was having a bad day. He said he had four orders to finish up so I should go and fill out an envelope and dro service rep was rude and seemed like he was having a bad day. He said he had four orders to finish up so I should go and fill out an envelope and drop my key in the Dropbox instead of just taking my key and getting my information. Then after my repair they were going to charge me $70 more for a part than what was estimated. After we got that figured out they told me sorry our car wash is broken and I can't give you a coupon. A good service department would have still given me a coupon for a future car wash. Everybody that work there seemed like they were in a bad mood and too busy and it was very unwelcoming. More
