Purchased vehicle and it had a problem from the start. They addressed the problem buy it took a long time. Vehicle was in their shop for 3 weeks because I believe it was a low priority item. Communication could have been better as well, I had to call a couple times of my own to get updates on the status of it, they did not call me to let me know what was going on. Fortunately I had a free rental car that helped but it seemed to take much longer than I thought it should. More
