Purchased vehicle and it had a problem from the start. They addressed the problem buy it took a long time. Vehicle was in their shop for 3 weeks because I believe it was a low priority item. Communication could have been better as well, I had to call a couple times of my own to get updates on the status of it, they did not call me to let me know what was going on. Fortunately I had a free rental car that helped but it seemed to take much longer than I thought it should. More

Didn't answer the phone or return messages. Had to physically go to the dealership to make appointments. Then when dropping cars off for appointments, only had down oil changes, nothing else di Had to physically go to the dealership to make appointments.
