I called to get car serviced, the person was rude and said they had all of my information. I tried to explain the issue and he again said he had all of the information. I had to get it towed in for servi said they had all of my information. I tried to explain the issue and he again said he had all of the information. I had to get it towed in for service. I asked him if I need to schedule he said no, tow it in it happens all the time. He seemed as though he was ready to get me off the phone as soon as he picked up my call. The next day I get my vehicle towed to the shop and another person calls me and asks why my vehicle is there. It appears as though the representative didn't do anything to address my cars issues.
