I wanted to share my exceptional experience with the service center at BMW of Westlake. Led by Brittaney Quick, their team consistently exceeds my expectations and makes every visit a pleasure. Their knowledge of my 2024 BMW X-6's technology is outstanding, and they always keep me informed about potential issues during service visits. I particularly appreciate their innovative communication methods. During a recent recall visit, the technicians sent text messages and video text messages to help me understand the maintenance issue and how they planned to resolve it. This level of transparency and customer service is truly commendable. The service department's professionalism and expertise are consistently impressive. My recent recall appointment was completed quickly and efficiently, and my service advisor clearly explained all maintenance needs in an easy-to-understand manner.
