Great service due to SOS light came on while car had been parked, I was alerted by text. All systems checked and functioning normally. Unfortunately SOS light came back on leaving the dealership. All syst parked, I was alerted by text. All systems checked and functioning normally. Unfortunately SOS light came back on leaving the dealership. All systems continue work properly including the speakers. Will not renew Subaru Starlink. Both Mark and Electrical technician were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you. More

I scheduled maintenance that should take an hour or so. When I arrived I was advised to consider adding other services that would have taken 4-5 hours. This was an unpleasant surprise, especially since the scheduling interface on the website did not recommend this extra maintenance. Also, I was advised that replacing a battery (same brand and specs as the factory original) by a non-Subaru mechanic would cause it to wear out faster. This seems very questionable and makes me a bit apprehensive to take the service department's advice at face value without doing my own research. I did like getting the inspection video though. More
