Will tell you anything to sell you a car. Was told last July when I purchased my vehicle that to come back in a year and the would refinance my loan in order to lower my monthly payment. When I returned this week they said because the car had over 100,000 miles they could not refinance, (the car had over 90,000 miles when I purchased it) . I am a person that holds people to their word. This just proves that the sales and finance people working at this dealership have no integrity and I will take my future business somewhere else. More

Being in Luxury Retail sales myself, I understand the process and psychology many people encounter at auto dealerships, this is not the case here. I look forward to service, my children even look forward to service because the lounge is awesome. Very dishonest thing to do. I will share my experience with anyone who ask. The right thing to do was to honor the price in the window tag and not make up a story as to why the tag was in the window. I came to Mccluskey with a trade in and not so great credit and i walked out with a brand new car (which i have NEVER had a brand new car) everyone I was in contact with made the transition smooth and m credit and i walked out with a brand new car (which i have NEVER had a brand new car) everyone I was in contact with made the transition smooth and made me feel like i was important. When you have not so good credit you tend to feel stupid knowing others know you made mistakes but everyone was truthful and helpful and as always i learned new things that i had no idea about. I would recommend Mccluskey to friends and family even those with blemished credit because i believe you are there to service the customer not to pick apart past mistakes you truly are there to help!!! Our family is a 'repeat' customer. So, it's true I believe in the sincere professional people at the company. My problem was in deciding between two diffferent types of vehicles. I made three trips to check the Malibu and the Equinox. Bay knew my needs and he clarified the price - value - performance comparisons. Between the visits, he phoned me to help reach a decision. Also, he asked Walt to email me a pricing analysis. On the date of delivery of the Equinox, it was Bay's day off. However, he met me when I arrived to ensure it was prepared and full of fuel. Then, he spent more time reviewing the On-Star, Bluetooth, and how to check fluids. As I was at the dealership several times, I could see the associates working with other customers. I always observed helpful attitudes and overall happiness in their transactions. I could sense a difference at the company. There was lots of action, but there seemed to an attitude that each customer was important. I think the employees have pride in their jobs. More
