Poor service and shady finance managers. Service department did not properly tighten the drain plug and leaked out oil nor did they replace the dip stick. While at Muller for routine service I spoke with Mark Dettlo the Service Director about upgrade my RDX to a 2024 MDX. Lance was patience as he explained all the new tech features and functions of the MDX. Lance was great, he reviewed the commonly used features with me and helped set up my personal features settings on vehicle, so I was set to go when I left the dealership.
