Great experience with Luiza and everyone at Muller Acura. I had an urgency to get a vehicle in a short time frame and they were incredibly understanding and swift with handling all the nuances. They went as I had an urgency to get a vehicle in a short time frame and they were incredibly understanding and swift with handling all the nuances. They went as far as making sure I had an updated address on my license (which I went to the DMV that same day to update) and made sure that I was able to have my insurance updated so everything was set up to take home the vehicle that evening. We got everything done all on the same day and I as able to pick up the vehicle after signing a few forms on site. I appreciated Luiza's transparency, scheduling flexibility, and superb communication. I would highly recommend Luiza and her team at Muller for any future purchases! More
