Plaza is very professional except during price negotiations. Now we all know it is to get more money from the client but it is an old method and the reason so many customers won't come to a dealer negotiations. The customer service lounge is lacking compared to other luxury dealers. If GM wants Cadillac to take care of their customers like Lexus they should visit a Lexus dealer to see how they do it.
