Salesman Michael Land was very helpful in the sale of the Lyriq! Mike was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the EV! He made sure I understood the basics: MyCadillac app download and setup; OnStar setup, a Lyriq! Mike was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the EV! Mike has not hassled me about providing a review about his services which is a HUGE plus! My wife purchased a Lincoln two years ago and all the sales guy talked about was receiving a 5 Star rating….jeeze! Plaza Cadillac doesn’t have a pressure buyers as their service is outstanding!!
