This transaction raises serious ethical and potentially legal concerns. When I reviewed the loan agreement and brought my concerns to the dealership, I was met with complete indifference. The sales manager dismissed every concern I raised and stated there was “nothing wrong with the loan,” even going so far as to justify the predatory terms by claiming “people are actually paying more than that nowadays.” This response was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly, insulting. Selling a $34,000 vehicle on an 84-month high-interest loan to an elderly person with dementia who does not hold a driver’s license is not just poor business practice — it is predatory. The individuals involved in structuring and approving this deal should be held accountable. I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to think twice. I will be pursuing every available avenue to resolve this matter. More

Very disappointing experience with Koons Ford. On March 9, 2026, I leased a 2025 Ford Lightning from this dealership. This was my second purchase here, as I previously bought a new F-150 in 2022 On March 9, 2026, I leased a 2025 Ford Lightning from this dealership. This was my second purchase here, as I previously bought a new F-150 in 2022 and had an excellent experience at that time. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. During the process, several members of the management team, including the general manager, came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and far from the level of professionalism you would expect when making a major purchase like a vehicle. The only positive part of the experience was my salesperson, who remained helpful and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, he was even spoken to disrespectfully by management while I was present, which was surprising to see as a customer. Had I been made aware of the three-day return policy before it expired, I would have strongly considered returning the vehicle simply because of how unpleasant the overall experience was. I hope dealership leadership takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the professionalism and customer service of the management team. More
