Buyers beware that this dealership does not honor signed contracts and warranties! I purchased my vehicle in 2022 along with an extended maintenance and tripleCARE plus (tire, dents, windshield) package whi contracts and warranties! I purchased my vehicle in 2022 along with an extended maintenance and tripleCARE plus (tire, dents, windshield) package which does not expire for 6 years (2028) for both. I am supposed to be able to take my vehicle to any ford dealership for service or warranty claims. I went to make a claim for tire rim damage with my tripleCARE plus warranty at a dealer close to my home but was denied and the warranty company said because my paperwork was not filed correctly and was advised I needed to contact the purchasing dealership. I contacted the dealership and spoke with finance manager Shant Yousif who advised he could not locate the signed contract but only a receipt showing proof of payment for warranty package. Luckily, I saved the document along with all other files from sale (and original emails from the 1st finance person who no longer works at the dealership during the sale in 2022) which I emailed to Shant. After two days of no response, I went to dealership to hopefully resolve. After speaking with Shant in person about the tripleCARE package he claimed to submit the paperwork to an underwriter for review but then it was also discovered that my extended maintenance package was incorrect in their system as it showed expiring a year prior to the signed one I was provided during sale. Shant luckily did locate the signed maintenance contract in his file but was unsure why the contract was different than what the service department had on file so we went to speak to service manager who said “that’s not our problem, (finance) needs to correct that paperwork and put in system”. Walking back to Shant’s office from service department he was randomly stopped by a customer (I assume) who needed to speak to him about not receiving new tags over 60 days as well! I then asked to speak to the dealership manager. I was met by Ramon Nawabi, finance director, not the dealership manager as I requested. Ramon explained the dealership went through various owners/management and that my warranty was “sold” and is now under Ford corporate and that could be a reason paperwork isn’t right, and they have to get approval to honor it. Not my problem! I told Ramon a temporary fix until all of the documentation is corrected is for the dealership to take my vehicle and fix my tire since we all see I purchased the warranty and have a signed contract but I needed it done that week as I was moving out of state and didn’t want to deal with this at another dealership. Two days later Ramon called but said they couldn’t get my vehicle in until the following week as it’s an outside vendor that does that type of repair work. I then asked if it can be taken elsewhere (another dealer/to the actual company) and then reimbursed but was told no. Unacceptable! It has been 4 weeks and no follow up or resolve to a damaged tire still under warranty nor update to my maintenance package for future repairs. I have signed contracts through this dealership for my vehicle which are not being honored by them. For all this trouble I would rather just get the money back I paid for these warranties. All emails, voicemails, and notes have been saved supporting this is a breach in contract which could result in future actions. Hopefully this will be reviewed and the issue will be resolved! More
