My hubbie and I were just going to do a first look at some new Broncos at Koons Ford Falls Church. You could say “research”. He answered all our questions honestly. and was able to find the exact color and model Bronco we were looking for. I felt like the moment we met Sean. and he shared how knowledgeable he was about the vehicle we knew we could trust him. He didn’t just give us a sales pitch, he was honest He wasn’t afraid to tell us the truth. even if it wasn’t the news we wanted to hear. he was professional and attentive. He listened to what we shared and worked quickly to find us what we wanted. He understood that we were not ready to make a purchase that day. and we needed to leave soon. to pick up our dogs from the groomers. But when he introduced us to the GM, Donovan, our browsing visit quickly changed to a buying trip.. Donovan cut to the chase. and gave us an offer we couldn’t refuse. No haggling, no xx, no pressure. The offer was too good to refuse. We couldn’t stay to complete the sale. and Donovan quickly said, “ No problem! We could do everything over the phone and have the truck delivered to you!” He even offered to help with getting upgraded tires. We were In-N-Out under two hours. We left in such awe. at how easy the whole process was. We were getting everything we wanted. including the trade offer. We had never had an experience like this at a dealership. Absolutely no buyers remorse. despite the quick turn of events. This is my first Ford. and I would definitely buy again from Sean and Donovan. And I don’t wanna forget to mention Ramone, The finance advisor. He walked us through our finance options. and got us through the process in under an hour We’ve bought several cars together over the last 30 years, and we’ve never had an experience so seamless. Very disappointing experience with Koons Ford. On March 9, 2026, I leased a 2025 Ford Lightning from this dealership. This was my second purchase here, as I previously bought a new F-150 in 2022 On March 9, 2026, I leased a 2025 Ford Lightning from this dealership. This was my second purchase here, as I previously bought a new F-150 in 2022 and had an excellent experience at that time. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. During the process, several members of the management team, including the general manager, came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and far from the level of professionalism you would expect when making a major purchase like a vehicle. The only positive part of the experience was my salesperson, who remained helpful and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, he was even spoken to disrespectfully by management while I was present, which was surprising to see as a customer. Had I been made aware of the three-day return policy before it expired, I would have strongly considered returning the vehicle simply because of how unpleasant the overall experience was. I hope dealership leadership takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the professionalism and customer service of the management team. More
