Our ONLY suggestion for improvement would be that even though we knew the car we wanted had no trade in or financing, and we paid in full with an American Express card, the process still took three hours. That's not a complaint, we just really thought it would be a one hour or less process. My wife loves the car, and has been telling everyone she talks to where she got it! Really great work from your entire team, you should all be proud of your efforts. More
