Dawn Mattina is an outstanding person advisor but more importantly, a very professional, patient, understanding individual. She went out of her way and took time out of her busy schedule on multiple occas importantly, a very professional, patient, understanding individual. She went out of her way and took time out of her busy schedule on multiple occasions to assist both my wife and I in finding the perfect vehicle for us. She was very patient in going through all of the options line item by line item and explaining everything to us. She did not push anything on us, try to sell us something we didn’t want, nor did she ever get upset or impatient for the multitude of questions we asked. She ensured that we had all the resources we needed to make an educated decision on what we wanted. And when we finally decided what we wanted, she ensured that we got the best deal we could even having to go with the 2024 instead of the 2023. BMW should be very proud to have someone like Dawn working for them. She brings credit to the dealership and definitely adds integrity and professionalism to the company.
