Easy repair for a tire with a leak. Was fortunate it was in the center, so could be patched. Had the warranty for tires and didn't have to pay and then seek reimbursement as I had fig Was fortunate it was in the center, so could be patched. I was at the dealership for what I thought was my complimentary 12,000 service. I consented to adding a brake flush. At the end I was told I would have to pay for the complimentary service because complimentary 12,000 service. I consented to adding a brake flush. At the end I was told I would have to pay for the complimentary service because it had been more than 3 years since I had owned the car. That was very disappointing and dishonest. More

Spectacular purchase experience from Start to Finish. I began my new car search on line. Worked with Lisa Smood in Zeigler's internet sales department. Gave her my desired color, features, trim level, a I began my new car search on line. Worked with Lisa Smood in Zeigler's internet sales department. Gave her my desired color, features, trim level, and add-ons I wanted. She set up an appointment to come in. Met the sales manager who had me work with Isaiah McWhorter. Isaiah had my trade in evaluated and we arrived at a fair deal. Best part was they did not play games or try to low ball me which I sincerelyappreciated. They did not have the color I wanted. However, they were able to locate exactly what I wanted and had it brought in. Closed and picked up my new car a few days later. Zeigler clearly has a team approach to customer service. Isaiah introduced me to the finance manager who was awesome. He also introduced me to the service manager and the team in the parts department. They really value their customers. Even other sales people thanked me for my purchase. Isaiah and the entire team kept their promises and delivered an exceptional experience I will never forget.
