They diagnosed it in under an hour as the rear wheel bearings AND reduced the price to diagnose by 1/3. I picked up a couple of rear hub assemblies and changed them out over the weekend and I have a quite ride now. Next time I'll have the dealership do the work as the hub replacement took a lot of time. More

Steering Pull and engine noise I discribed the discrepencies to Luke as best I could. The Tech didn't think it needed an aligenment as I had authorized. He moved tires around 3 times to prove that it was a tire defect and not alignment. The Tech also trouble shot the noices and came up with three. He fixed the heat shields temporarily and pointed out a hole in the muffler. The other noice was coming from the main belt and tentioner. I authorized replacement. I am very impressed with how well the car is running now and for the Tech taking the time to figure out the steering problem when he could have just done an alignment and sent it out the door.
