Consistently superior service! The service that I have received at this dealership has consistently been superior! This starts with the fact that my car is not actually an Acura but The service that I have received at this dealership has consistently been superior! This starts with the fact that my car is not actually an Acura but bring my car in for tire rotations because purchased from the tires from them. I consistently work with Lucas and he has always been great! Each time that I go in, I do with an appointment. They will wash my car, clean the inside out and do the regular service. My one call out for this past experience: they offered to do a free check up on the car which is the normal checklist of items. I appreciate this item to help know what other folks think of my car's condition, but the issue is I know that I have a fog light that is out and the report that I got says that there is no issue. So either this was missed or never checked. Other than that one time, everything has been great and would recommend this dealership for their service. More

Just like your neighborhood friends I am welcomed at treated at my level. All employees appear to have focus and clarity. The people at Subaru White Bear Lake are exceptional in their field and have gone out of the ordinary to satisfy my visit at their facility. More

Excellent service Everyone was friendly and helpful. No problems with adding another installation that I decided at the last minute. Being it added time to the installation a loaner was provided and allowed me to pick up my vehicle the next day. Checking out went smoothly and my questions were answered. Jay Smith the salesperson that sold me my car greeted me and we visited briefly. Also the manager greeted me. Everyone I have come in contact with at the dealership has been friendly and helpful. Trustworthy Service I get the sense that I was listened to, and that what I needed was put first. That makes me feel comfortable and confident when I bring my car to Lut I get the sense that I was listened to, and that what I needed was put first. Some people wonder why I would bring my car back to the dealership for a tire replacement, and I tell them that I get an inspection on my car so I can make informed decisions, a shuttle or a loaner car so I can minimize time away from work, and the confidence that the work is done right. MDX shifting We were experiencing some rough shifting on our MDX. They did a software update and changed the fluid. That and along with taking it out of "sport" mo We were experiencing some rough shifting on our MDX. They did a software update and changed the fluid. That and along with taking it out of "sport" mode seems to have taken care of it. I think the 9 speed transmission shifts at a much quicker rate too. The technicians drove comparable MDX's to make sure they shifted the same, which I thought was a good idea. More
