Tire problem Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. After leaving I discovered a pull and wobble in the steering. Luke moved the tires back which corr Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. After leaving I discovered a pull and wobble in the steering. Luke moved the tires back which corrected the problem. He then explained what could possibly be wrong and identified which 2 tires we should look at. The tires were balanced and one of the tires had an imperfection. He said I should be OK until I can get back and replace my tires. More

Go somewher else I took my MDX in last month for a B13 and got a new battery replaced. They did not EVEN clean the fine junk/debris left around the new battery & the b I took my MDX in last month for a B13 and got a new battery replaced. They did not EVEN clean the fine junk/debris left around the new battery & the battery was not charging appropriately when I took my car home. The light on the dashboard came on and that triggered me to look under the hood. If I could attach some photos of the dirty work that was done, I would. I cleaned out the debris and now no longer get the dashboard light. When I saw the dashboard light, I called Lucas (advisor for the B12/new battery work) and he suggested that I bring the car back for a diagnosis test. And it was going to cost me $150.00 to get that done. That was BS because the work that was done by them was guaranteed! That hinted me that, it was time to take my $$$ somewhere else. About 5+ yrs ago when I had a service done for one of my Acura and it was not doing its thing, I took the car back and they looked it without charging me AGAIN. I 've been bringing both of my Acuras to their shop since 2008 and I noticed the services are no longer the same. 1. Since they had a new manager (w/in the last 5 yrs), no more loaners for the customers unless you go through the service manager (for a big price ticket service) and the snacks were not provided to their customers like before. 2. Poor customer service in the service department. Your advisors need to look happy on the job. I have to say we worked with Jordan & he was awesome! He is no longer there. We just took our other ACura car to the Bloomington Acura for the B13 service plus a new set of tires and they were wonderful! Did we have to go through the manager for the loaner? The answer is NO! Have a good day! More

Excellent service I purchased a 2011 Kia from this dealership in January--it's not an expensive car! It had a 30-day full warranty from the dealership. After 3 weeks the rear hatch latch stopped working, so I made an appointment to bring it in under the warranty. They ordered the part and let me know when it was in, and I was able to come in that day to have the latch fixed--and even got a car wash! Throughout this process I was treated as a valued customer, not like someone who bought "only" an inexpensive used car. More
