Recently had my pre-owned certified 2016 TLX purchased last fall from Buerkle in excellent condition in for a oil change and tire rotation, there is now a dent, scratch and rim dings that were not there p last fall from Buerkle in excellent condition in for a oil change and tire rotation, there is now a dent, scratch and rim dings that were not there prior. Will be taking it back to Buerkle for more trustability. Advisor was good, have worked with him in the past. More

Disappointed With How Issue Was Handled I will first preface my review by saying that our most recent visit resolved the mechanical issue that our Acura MDX with over 180K miles on it. That I will first preface my review by saying that our most recent visit resolved the mechanical issue that our Acura MDX with over 180K miles on it. That is why I will still provide at least one star. We purchased this vehicle from White Bear Acura and have spent nearly $10K at White Bear Acura's service center during our ownership. Naturally over this time we have been satisfied with the work that they have done with our MDX. Our issue is to convey and caution other people with what to expect from this dealership when the service experience doesn't go the way you would expect and how they 'handled it'. Essentially our MDX sustained a 'chip' in the windshield glass while it was in for service. Compounding this, either through being on a lift or going through their car wash, the 'chip' immediately expanded to a crack across half of the windshield. When I brought this to the service adviser's attention - expecting some empathy and ownership with what had happened, I got neither. Basically I was told that 'this is why Minnesota requires glass replacement with auto insurance' and that basically this was my issue. We had OEM Acura glass that was cracked and while the service adviser assumed that it would be replaced with that, it wouldn't - or at least not without us paying $497.25 in additional out of pocket expense. So take this review as a warning that if something 'happens' while your vehicle is at their service center, don't expect them to take any responsibility for it. Hope you have you good insurance. More

Good people; questionable Extended Service policy Very good experience w/ Sales and Service staff. Not so much w/ Finance: had confounding electrical problems shortly after taking delivery (suspecting Very good experience w/ Sales and Service staff. Not so much w/ Finance: had confounding electrical problems shortly after taking delivery (suspecting possible operator error, or parasitic drain- didn't dream a bum battery would be left to power the most beautiful/fancy car I've ever owned (and probably the last car I'll buy in my lifetime). Spent the cold weather w/ my battery charger almost always strapped up- didn't dare take it on the road and get it marooned somewhere on a distant car lot. A new n/c battery was recently installed- thank you very much !! I suggested it made good sense, and good Luther policy to revise my Extended Service contract to offset the exteded time my vehicle was out of commision sitting on my parking pad. As I understand, Luther would not make this adjustment. (Note: I'm a senior. Were I 50 years younger this saga would have moved along more quickly- I was a bit more busy and movin' faster when I was in my 30's). More
