Had a difficult time with the purchasing but customer service dept reached out and made sure the experience was great and my issues were resolved. That is the mark of a good dealership. They took ownership of a bad experience Reached out to me even though I never complained and found a way to help. Their oil change service was quick and efficient and done in exactly the timeframe they said it would be. Amy from service is super nice. They send you a video of the service which is one of my favorite parts. More

I had a very lovely experience with the people at Claremont- the business aspect went very smoothly as well. Riza is such a lovely person and definitely met us in the middle where we were both happy. Art also went ahead and introduced us to Luis, who is an expert in the car we were interested in and even shared some of his insights and personal preferences.
