first time buyers and we were very nervous. Great Experience My husband and I went in with a print out of the truck we wanted, we had found it on line at plant fords website. They still had it, and we test drove it and feel in love with it!! Our sales person was Kevin, he was very new to plant ford but if he didn't mention it, we would have never guessed. He was knowledgeable, kind, an over all pleasure to do business with. We did see a scratch on one of the doors and one of the back up sensors were really loose Kevin had Lyndi come by and talk to us. She scheduled us an appointment, got us a rental, they fixed everything and detailed the inside and outside, plus we left with a full tank of gas! For first time buyers, this was an unbelievably easy and great experience. Each person we came in to contact with, were each a pleasure. More

a poor excuse for a simple oil change I truly believe the service advisors and service Manager want to do the right thing and provide the best service they can provide. I had my oil change I truly believe the service advisors and service Manager want to do the right thing and provide the best service they can provide. I had my oil changed and once again, the oil filter was leaking when I left. the quality of work the technicians are providing is very poor at best. the is the second time I had to take my truck back after an oil change. the first time, that had not even changed the oil as indicated on the paperwork. That event is well documented. In my line of work we have a system called dual verification. two people verify before and after we execute an operation, that it is done correctly. The first year we implemented the program, our error rate dropped 50%. Your error rate on my truck alone is 30%! You need to do something different. The quality of work the technicians are providing needs immediate attention. A simple oil change should never be an issue that a customer complains about. It is an easy way to make customers happy and get great ratings. A quick, efficient, oil change should be very simple. More

Scheduled service I made an appointment to have my oil changed and recall notices. After arriving and waiting I went to the advisor to ask what was the delay I had an I made an appointment to have my oil changed and recall notices. After arriving and waiting I went to the advisor to ask what was the delay I had an appointment. I was then told that it was a 1st come 1st serve basics the they wouldn't be able to do the recall since it would need the entire day. What was the point of the appointment if they wasn't going to honor it. Poor customer services skills and no communications. 3 1/2 hour later my car was finally ready. Very disappointed. More

I took my ‘16 F-150 to have some warranty work as well as recall items addressed. They treated me like royalty. Had a loaner waiting on me when I got there. I got my truck back within a few days. I swear i recall items addressed. They treated me like royalty. Had a loaner waiting on me when I got there. I got my truck back within a few days. I swear it runs better now then when I bought it.
