While I am happy that my car has been fixed, I made the appointment on July 9 for July 24. When I took my car in for service, the one part (VTEC solenoid) was not in and then had to be shipped in so my car appointment on July 9 for July 24. When I took my car in for service, the one part (VTEC solenoid) was not in and then had to be shipped in so my car was going to be kept overnight. The techs kept be informed the whole time, it was just an annoyance when I specifically made this appointment in advance. More

This dealership has great customer service. I was bot provided any alternative to my dilemma. As I could not open the door to my gas tank; running on empty. The only thing that was wanted was my credit card so they could order the part needed! Comeback in 2 days we should have the part by then. The total cost will be 650$!!!! I sat there for 2 hours just to have them tell me this. More
