As I could not open the door to my gas tank; running on empty. The only thing that was wanted was my credit card so they could order the part needed!

The total cost will be 650$!!!! I sat there for 2 hours just to have them tell me this.

To be fair, our service team presented the corrective action and only to be told that you refused to pay as you felt that this is a "defect" from American Honda on your 2018 Honda Fit. The alternative was also presented in temporarily opening the fuel door by accessing interior panels to release the fuel door with the possibility of damaging parts to gain access and that too was met with our responsibility should something "break" during this temporary workaround. We released your car as requested; we did not charge any inspection fees on the day. We hope your concern was resolved. If not, we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
