The results of this particular service request does not meet excellence standards. I waited purposely to determine whether or not my issue was actually resolved as promised, and unfortunately it has not b meet excellence standards. I am not arguing about professional courtesy of people I interact. I am very displeased with the fact that the service department has been unable to resolve the issue with my vehicle and they claim that they are aware of the issue. Lloyd is 100% professional. I haven’t had the level of service he provides from anyone in the industry in any position, ever. They usually do a good job but are expensive. I had to return the car again, as the replacement latch for the hatch back still did not work. I was told they left out a part, which they corrected. I had to return the car again, as the replacement latch for the hatch back still did not work. I was told they left out a part, which they corrected. Just unfortunate I had to be without my car for another day due to that error. More
