I had never purchased a vehicle from another state, but found one that I wanted at Big Star. Cass worked with me, even answering my questions well after normal business hours, she took close-up pics of th found one that I wanted at Big Star. Cass worked with me, even answering my questions well after normal business hours, she took close-up pics of the areas that I wanted so that I felt perfectly safe buying a vehicle I had not seen. She worked with service to get a couple of minor issues resolved, and in short, was an absolute professional. I could not ask for better treatment. More

I appreciated Lee, my advisor very much. I was very frustrated that my car broke down period after just recently purchasing it then to add to this it occurred on a Sunday when Service Dept w I was very frustrated that my car broke down period after just recently purchasing it then to add to this it occurred on a Sunday when Service Dept was closed AND one day before an international trip. Lee assured me that he would take care of my car and have it ready for me when I returned from out of the country. I felt relief and never had to worry about the car. More
