Absolute worst car dealer out there I have never seen a dealership with a higher level of incompetence. They sold me a vehicle and said they did me a “favor” by getting me in a vehicle. I have had this tru dealership with a higher level of incompetence. They sold me a vehicle and said they did me a “favor” by getting me in a vehicle. I have had this truck over 3 months and it has been driven maybe a total of 3 weeks because it continues to keep breaking down WITH THE SAME ISSUE. This dealership is full of incompetent morons and con artists and I would avoid here unless you enjoy have to continue putting your vehicle in the shop. More

Jackie was professional, sincere, truthful, and an absolute pleasure to have as a representative to help me locate a vehicle. I would definitely buy from him and Grand Praire again. Thank you for the vehicle and I pray I have nothing but great memories with it!!! On a side note, the delivery of the vehicle was remarkable. It started raining outside they washed my vehicle and it got a little wet. Jackie was in the service bay drying it off. Unbelievable service!!!! More
