I got out of a 2021 pilot and into a new 2025 and was sent a bill for my mile overages from my previous lease three weeks after I took delivery of my new car. I paid $3000 over MSRP and put down $4000 to cover all their “fees”. My overage was supposed to be built into the new lease which is customary when getting into a new lease and an industry standard. They’ve reached a new low at Joyce Honda and found a loop hole in which to make a profit. Stay away from this place. You’ll notice the showroom is like a graveyard, there’s no live ones around. Stay away! I should have returned to my previous dealer Open Road Honda in Edison, a better dealer all around. Also the service center here, equally as unprofessional and shady. I took my 2021 pilot here for service for 3 years and the two open recalls on the car were never addressed nor fixed. When I tried to have them fixed they said I could only come on a weekday and had to have my car there all day and appointments were booked out for a month! Lousy, lousy, dealership. They should have their brand license to sell Hondas revoked. More
