Lance has been with Subaru of Gwinnett since 2010. He was honored with the Salesman of the Year for Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and 2013. Also in 2012 and 2013, Lance was recognized by Subaru of America with the prestigious Subaru Summit Peak Performer. Lance continues to show is passion for Subaru by driving a 2019 Subaru Outback. When Lance is not working, he loves anything to do with the outdoors and hanging out with his family. He has been married for 12 years and has a 6 year old daughter, Emily, and a 9 year old son, Ethan. Lance's son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, so he and his wife are strong autism advocates.

Started out fine but they checked the battery and said it was fine, when they found out I had a code for the battery law suit, then they told me my battery failed and my pro-rated cost would be $44.95 to rep was fine, when they found out I had a code for the battery law suit, then they told me my battery failed and my pro-rated cost would be $44.95 to replace it. **I was charged $49.50!** Also I was charged $3.50 to refill my washer solvent fluid. I could have bought an entire container for that price. I believe that service used to be free. The price for oil change is OUTRGEOUS! Randy does not know how to deal with people. Tuan was great, he was extremely nice - he was unable to tell me why my battery passed the test and then failed the test. No explanation for that at all. I've stayed with SOG because of Kyle Formella and Lance Wilhite. Now that Kyle is gone it might be time to look for another place to service my Subaru. More
