The sales people and those at the front make you feel welcome to be there and I believe I've never had one question that wasn't answered and when they were it was with sincerity and patience. I don't ever remember having the experience at Koons White Marsh that I and the sales people couldn't connect with each other and I left having actually enjoyed my day at the dealership. More

Good and Not so good Rodney is good at his job but he needs to stay on top of the gents under him. 1 particular .Above all hes very nice and very good at what he does.
