Doug- Goes Above and Beyond and Made Buying Zero Stress Doug Klenoshek was amazing to work with! He helped in every aspect from researching to finding a car that had exactly what I wanted ( which was a long Doug Klenoshek was amazing to work with! He helped in every aspect from researching to finding a car that had exactly what I wanted ( which was a long picky list!) to even helping me weeks after the sale. Doug has an outgoing yet easygoing personality which was important to me. I don't want to feel embarrassed to ask a question, and I want to have a fun, positive experience. I even recommended him to a friend who was having a terrible experience at another dealership, and she felt the same way after her sale with him as her dealer. He takes the stress out of buying a new car, and I even enjoyed shopping for one. After my car had arrived at the lot and was ready to take home, Doug spent an hour and a half teaching me how to work everything. Not because he had to spend that long, but because he sensed my uneasiness about all of the amazing yet intimidating technology that my new Prius has. I doubt many salespeople would do this because I assume that most want to get back inside and make another sale. He took the time to help me until I was satisfied and confident. This is my third purchase from this exact dealership. This time, though, was a much better experience. I can't even remember the other dealers' names because they were typical. Doug, however, feels like a friend now. I will give his name to my friends and family because I know he will take care of them, too, so I highly recommend that you find Doug if you are looking for a thorough, conscientious, kind, and upbeat person to help you. More

Wasn't sure if I was going to buy but after the friendliness and professionalism from Doug klenoshek and Kyle hembree i was definitely starting to consider it. Then when the manager Robert Thomasson gave me the highest appraisal rate for my current care by over $2,000 and took off $1,750 off the asking price of the 4 runner I wanted it was seriously a no brainer. We were devastated… After Gary and I talked for a few days we decided to see about buying a new car. There were a lot of things about the RAV4 that we really liked but we were unsure if we should get another one. We went in and talked to Doug Klenoshek who along with Jamie Benson did everything they could to give us a good deal on a new Rav4 and to make sure we walked away from Spitzer Toyota as happy customers again. We then sat down with Kyle Hembree to get all the paper work done. Not a fun thing for anyone to do but Kyle made sure we understood everything we signed. He also worked with us on getting an extended warranty that better fit our needs. More

Our salesman, Ryan Capozoli assured us from the start that our experience at Spitzer would not be like any we had had before, and he was correct. Ryan assured us that we would receive a high trade allowance on our Suzuki, and he delivered. Based on our situation, Ryan advised us to purchase our Scion rather than lease it, and we are so glad we did. When Ryan turned us over to Kyle Hembree for financing, we expected to be hit with a bunch of extra charges, like other dealerships do, but that simply did not happen. That was such a pleasant suprise! And every service visit since our purchase has been absolutely spectacular. We were treated as though we were the only customers in the building. More
