Excellent sales experience! Our recent experience was awesome. I came in, not actually expecting to buy because I thought we'd be too upside down on our trade. We would up coming out even, even though I had other dealerships offer much less. We were looking at two levels of one model and Ryan provided print outs of the differences in payment, for both financing and leasing. He explained the benefits of leasing, which we were leaning toward anyhow, and so that's what we went with! He wasn't pushy in any way. We needed to leave shortly after the process was complete, but I was told to come back the next day so he could point out some of the features in my new vehicle. Overall, an excellent experience! More

When we finally narrowed it down to the Highlander, our search was on....for the best deal for the model we wanted. It is wonderful to have a salesman who knows ALL about the vehicle you are interested in. Not having bought a new vehicle for approx. 8 years, a lot of the electronics were very new to us. They were explained so we could understand and with a great deal of patience, which was very much appreciated. To have a salesman go 'above and beyond' to help us was wonderful. Fast, easy, and friendly! My girlfriend and I were in the market for a new light-duty truck for myself and had a few picked out that we wanted to loo at. After a few test drive My girlfriend and I were in the market for a new light-duty truck for myself and had a few picked out that we wanted to loo at. After a few test drives and seedy lots we had almost given up for the day. Then as we were coming back down Rt 22 we decided to just stop and look to see what they had to offer. We checked out a few trucks until we found one that was suitable and headed to the showroom. Doug was the first person who caught us when we walked in you could immediately tell from his demeanor that he was an easy-going guy. We told him we were interested in a truck already so he took us out to look at the inside and take it for a test drive. While on the test drive he asked for my license (to make sure I was valid) but other than that it was just a normal conversation; no pressure to buy, no asking about financing or buying, etc. I was so impressed by the test drive that I knew that was the truck for me. When we got back to the dealership Doug showed up their old showroom just to show how the growth that Spitzer Toyota has gone through. After that we walked to the main building and sat down with Doug while the finance guys did their job. My initial rate was very good, but Jamie Benson was actually able to get me a better rate!! After we had the rate locked in, Kyle Hembree started looking into warranties with me, and I was very impressed with the two that he was offering. A short time signing papers with Kyle and I was in my new truck riding home!! It was such a great experience I would definitely suggest friends and family to Spitzer and will consider them my first option when buying next. Everyone that worked with me was super amazing; from Doug just being super casual and talking about other things than buying cars and our finance to Jamie working his magic and getting me a better rate to Kyle making the closing process easy and understandable. This was a great visit and pleasant surprise as Spitzer Toyota was not even on our list when we first started looking!! More

Best experience a girl could hope for! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome. I went to other dealerships who brushed me off, and made me feel unimportant. Every employee was awesome, and actually wanted to do business with me, which I really appreciate. Kyle, especially, went above and beyond! He understood how nervous I was about buying my first vehicle, and was very considerate to my feelings. He answered all of my questions, talked me through everything, and introduced me to all the right people. He helped me obtain insurance, and made the whole puchase run smoothly. The vehicle itself is awesome, I love it! I'm so glad that I chose to come to Spitzer and I have already begun referring them, and Kyle, to all of my friends & family!
