I am newly retired and a widow so safety and reliability are very important. My nephew recommended a Toyota so I thought I would check them out. Kyle Hembree showed me different models and explained all the various features in a very clear and succinct way. He was very patient and really allowed me to understand everything about the many different features and models. This helped me to make a very good choice that I am extremely happy with.
