After a search online, a new 2017 looked like it may be a possibility. Had a wonderful visit and test drive with Gary Alsberry. Loved the truck, but we were a little too far away to make this deal happen. Told him to give a call if he found a nice used one. Disappointed...I spoke to Ben Seddon the next morning and explained my situation. I am a 5 time cancer survivor and at this point I'm just trying to eliminate worries and enjoy the life I have. My old vehicle just did not have me too comfortable with my travels anymore. I told Ben jokingly to call Mr. Spitzer, no, Mrs. Spitzer, and tell my story. Any way, I found a little extra cash and with Ben's willingness to help we made a deal. Kyle Hembree made the process painless. I can't thank you enough, thanks for helping this old man out! More

I was unsatisfied with the offers and customer service that the other dealerships had to offer. I stumbled across a vehicle of interest online that Spitzer Toyota had available in thier lot. When I visited the dealership, staff were very friendly and quick to help me with exactly what I needed. Within 2 hours (which would have been shorter if I had been more prepared), I was leaving with a car that was perfect for me. I recieved a fantastic deal! The car was at a price that I could not find anywhere else (believe me, I did my research), they matched the apr% that I would have gotten had I financed through my credit union, AND there was no haggling! I am beyond pleased with my experience and would recommend Spitzer Toyota to everyone looking to purchase a new car! More

Good price... Sales and service lacking! A lot! Price was right on car. Did not enjoy sales experience. Bought a certified car and battery tested 50%. I told the salesman I wanted a new battery. He said he would check on it and did not follow through. When I asked about it, he said don't worry, it's covered under warranty. Dealer did not submit my loan to the credit union the way I requested. The car also only had a half tank of gas when picked up. They also messed up my payment amount and then gave me a different price at the end when I refused additional money down. Finance Manger tried to sell me some off brand warranty instead of toyota warranty and made me pay for body panel etching, which I didn't request. Happy with the car... Not with the sales process. More
