I was dreading the car buying process but Julian and Dallas Lease Returns made the process so easy. There was no pressure at all. Everyone there was nice and helpful and service oriented. Julian was very responsive and helpful. He was also very patient. I was having trouble settling on what I wanted and no one was in a rush for me to close the deal. Julian never tried to persuade me but rather just helped to inform me and he was very knowledgeable. I found the perfect car for me and I am so happy with my purchase. In two years when my son is 16 Dallas Lease Returns is where I will go for his first car. I highly recommend Julian and everyone at this dealership. More

Blanca was a wonderful help in purchasing my 2021 Macan in February of ‘25. She was responsive without applying too much pressure. The car was in fantastic condition. The break light came on during test dr in February of ‘25. She was responsive without applying too much pressure. The car was in fantastic condition. The break light came on during test drive revealing a standard wear and tear issue and she and the manager with Dallas Lease Returns were very accommodating in making sure the needed repair was handled prior to purchase. This group especially Bobby went beyond any normal automobile sales. They said they go the extra mile for the customer and they did. Bobby stayed in constant contact with us, phoned to see how we were doing, and anything we had concerns about he fixed. Wow! What a great person to buy a car from.
