Kris completed the initial paperwork and was in and out in one hour. The next day Blanca had all the paperwork in order for our sinatures, vehicle cleaned, gas up and ready to go. I ran into a few financial problem throughout the process but james was able to help work around those and get the loan approved and I get to pick up my mustang gt premium tomorrow morning and I couldn’t be happier, excellent service all around, the front desk lady was very nice to greet me and my friend even though I was 18 year old kid coming to buy the car, most dealership blew me off because of my age but james never doubted me and we got it done!
