I can’t say enough good things about Robert Yousef and the exceptional service he provided throughout our entire transaction. He spent countless hours answering my questions, providing detailed photos and videos, and even FaceTiming us so we could see the truck in real-time. I’m very particular and thorough, so I had pages of questions we needed answered before we could make travel plans to purchase the truck. Robert never once acted frustrated or annoyed, despite the constant requests. If he felt that way, he certainly didn’t show it. His patience and dedication were truly impressive. What stood out the most was his honesty and transparency. Unlike many salespeople who might bend the truth, Robert was straightforward and genuinely upfront about every detail of the truck. I bought a CRV HONDA it's all good there,but apparently someone tagged my info on to another vehicle and it happened as soon as I purchased the car there at DALLAS LEASE RETURNS IN 2022. I was told that it someone tagged my info on to another vehicle and it happened as soon as I purchased the car there at DALLAS LEASE RETURNS IN 2022. I was told that it would be taken care of. Now several months later It is happening again,supposedly I own a car from Huffins with a PAPER TAG that expires in September! And NTTA is charging me 268 dollars year to date and is adding up! I would like to have someone investigate which Employee maybe be TAGGING MY INFORMATION TO OTHER VEHICLES! Now I will need to provide proof that I only own the Honda CRV! Has this happened to anyone else?! More
