I have been a Klaben Ford customer for over 35 years and continue to be impressed with the superb caring for customers and friendly professional staff. I am also amazed that Richard Klaben greeted me by my continue to be impressed with the superb caring for customers and friendly professional staff. I am also amazed that Richard Klaben greeted me by my first name considering how many people he encounters. I appreciate Kim’s upfront explanations in easy to understand terms, options, and guidance. Kim also looks out for my $ and assures the best. Kim even calls me back on her day off when I left a message to make sure I wasn’t stranded. She always goes above and beyond, always friendly and caring. More
