Why I keep coming back! I have been purchasing and had vehicles serviced from Klaben for more than 15+ years. Jeff Tetreault is my go to guy that makes purchasing a vehicle a no pressure experience for my self, friends and family that I send his way (and who have nothing but rave reviews about Klaben and Jeff). Jeff always makes sure that we get the vehicle we want...did I mention how easy the entire process was and how polite and patient "JT" is? He will go over the vehicle features,explaining any features in detail if you have any questions. I always get reminder cards about service deals and even got a personal phone call to wish me a happy birthday...that's how connected this team is. On the service side, you cant beat the customer service you get from the service team. I've dealt with most of the team over the years and witnessed that other customers get the same courteous experience....Klaben should be proud of their entire staff, and that's why I continue to come back! More

Excellent, over-and-above service! Had purchased a used 2005 Toyota Camry from Klaben Ford/Lincoln in Kent. Time came for an oil change and was planning a trip to Florida. As a serious Had purchased a used 2005 Toyota Camry from Klaben Ford/Lincoln in Kent. Time came for an oil change and was planning a trip to Florida. As a serious procrastinator, I waited until the week before the trip to schedule maintenance. Kim at Klaben service said they were booked up til the following week. Told her about my trip and she got me scheduled for 2 days later. Took car in for scheduled maintenance and a leaky water pump was discovered so I had to leave the car, as they didn't have the part on hand. Kim handled the entire situation, called me to keep me updated. Extremely nice and pleasant lady! My car was fixed the next day and ready for my trip to Florida. I feel Klaben's service center went over and above to get me scheduled last minute, totally keeping my needs in mind with my upcoming trip, and did a thorough job of checking out my car and found the mechanical defect (there were no symptoms of the leak). I honestly can say I have never been treated so kindly by a service center, especially one who does such high volume. I had considered taking my Toyota only to a Toyota dealer for maintenance, but I am glad I went to Klaben Ford service and will continue to use their service to maintain my car.
