Exceptional Service!!! We had a flat tire going home on the freeway after 5pm and needed to get it fixed asap. We called Kim , our service rep., and she worked us in the ver We had a flat tire going home on the freeway after 5pm and needed to get it fixed asap. We called Kim , our service rep., and she worked us in the very next morning. She also was able to schedule our other car for a rear window replacement at the same time. That way, we could take care of both cars on the same visit. We had planned to wait on the tire but we found out that not only the tire was bad but there was a warranty repair needed for the axle seal. Kim was able to immediately get us a rental car so that we could get back to work. By 2pm in the afternoon, both cars were finished and we were able to pick them up on the way home from work. What outstanding effort when she could have easily made us wait till the next day. We not only appreciate her outstanding service, we truly value her honesty. When she told us the tire could not be repaired, we were comfortable that the only option was to get a new tire. When she told us we needed to get the axle seal fixed immediately since it was a safety issue, rather than put it off for a day or two, we had it done immediately. Within a half hour, we had a rental car and were able to get back to work and to have both cars done that night was such a relief. We cannot recommend Kim or Klaben Ford enough! More
