Service here was nothing short of amazing. I got in, they took the truck, I told them I would wait for the repair, they showed me the waiting room area and where coffee and drinks are. They I got in, they took the truck, I told them I would wait for the repair, they showed me the waiting room area and where coffee and drinks are. They said may take 4hrs, was done in 2hrs. Got my keys and off we went. I came here after a horrible experience at Rick Hendrick GMC in Duluth where they cant even return phone calls let alone say a part is on back order and somehow Jim Ellis had it in 1day. More

James went above and beyond to not only get my truck fixed, but gave me very fair pricing. He made sure I got an Uber ride home after I left my truck wet the dealership and his communication was on poin fixed, but gave me very fair pricing. I’m new to the area and will only be taking my GMC to James at Jim Ellis GMC for all its future needs. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone I know in need of great quality service. More

The Quality of Service has diminished tremendously. 3 cars and now I am thinking about leaving due to mishandling of basic communication between service tech and customer. The new service Tech is the w 3 cars and now I am thinking about leaving due to mishandling of basic communication between service tech and customer. The new service Tech is the worst I have seen. Misguiding customers, talking down to other Jim Ellis Team members, and just is not engaged with any empathy for the customer. Just had a terrible experience and when I came back to discuss the issues. Instead of taking time to review my last service a couple of days ago, Tom decided to guess at all the work that was completed and was totally wrong. Everything he was saying I. Was telling the other Jim Ellis team member, that is not correct. The look I got from Tom was not good. If he only taken my phone number and reviewed my file. This is how far Jim Ellis service department has diminished. After speaking with the Service Manager, Nick Rose, it really gave me hope that there is a person in leadership that get it.
