Great experience for first car buyer Kim Kelly helped me purchase my first new car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! My family is a Toyota family but I couldn't be happie Kim Kelly helped me purchase my first new car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! My family is a Toyota family but I couldn't be happier to break the mold with my new Honda Fit. I would recommend seeing Kim to everyone and anyone looking to get a car. Spall, who helped me with finance, was also wonderful and worked to get me what I need. The drive from Burbank to Cerritos was well worth it. Thank you!!! More

Amazing! Kim Kelly is the best! I was looking for a Honda Accord Touring with Honda Sensing, so I called Kim at Norm Reeves. I met with Kim that afternoon. The Kim Kelly is the best! I was looking for a Honda Accord Touring with Honda Sensing, so I called Kim at Norm Reeves. I met with Kim that afternoon. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for! What she quoted me for my new 2016 CRV EX over the phone is what the actual price (best price I got after comparing five different dealers) we paid for the vehicle (no haggling and no hidden fees). She answered all of our questions and got us in and out quickly (the first time that we bought a vehicle in less than hour and a half total time spent in the dealership). Amazing Experience Traded in our 2013 leased Honda Civic for a brand new 2016 Honda Civic. Our first experience with Kim Kelly back in 2013 was top notch. The 90 mile drive is well worth it. Kim Kelly Lujan made sure we got the color and car we wanted.
