Kim Kelly was very nice and informative about the Honda CR-V that I purchased. She was the reason I chose Norm Reeves Cerritos. I felt comfortable talking with her and did not feel pressured into anythin CR-V that I purchased. She was the reason I chose Norm Reeves Cerritos. I felt comfortable talking with her and did not feel pressured into anything. I contacted about 5 Honda dealers to see who had the best price which Norm Reeves Cerritos did but that isn't the only reason I purchased my CR-V there. Kim Kelly was wonderful and I will be recommending her in the future to anyone who is in the market for a Honda. :) More
